1. Warranty Policy
Kellmart honours a 1-year limited parts & labour warranty on all computer systems, tablets & televisions. All other electronic goods carry a 90-day warranty from the original purchase date.
2. Open Box Policy
Opened software and systems registered to an end user CANNOT be returned due to licensing and copyright laws.
3. Refund or Exchange Window
NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of the original purchase date. After 90 days from the original purchase date, products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. Kellmart reserves the right to refuse returns.
