Just as pictured and described. A mixture of tunes of popular kids songs (like 'ABC' and 'LondonBridge') and alert sounds.
Very hard plastic to withstand banging. Only issue I had is that mine seems to have electrical problems.....a bit scary but I just press the button a few times and give it a shake until the music comes on.
